HISTORY OF BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY IN PARK CITY, UTAH
Our company took root in Park City when founder Bill Coleman launched his first real estate venture, the Coleman Land Company, in 1976. Prudential National chose to gain a foothold in the state of Utah, and so after approaching Bill, the two companies merged to form Prudential Coleman.
